Mads is Managing Partner at ReD. He has extensive experience leading and implementing growth and transformation programs with global organisations in food, biotech, and healthcare. Mads advises executives on how organisations can break down silos and transform opportunities into new capabilities, products, or acquisition targets – all driven by deep insights on social and human change.

Mads leads ReD’s work on organisational effectiveness, culture, and post-merger integration, working with leaders in commercial organisations, non-profits, private equity, and some of the world’s largest foundations. He is a member of Google’s Food Lab which aims to reimagine and shape the future of food and an advisor to the MAD Foundation, founded by René Redzepi of Noma. Mads holds a Masters in European Ethnology and Rhetoric from the University of Copenhagen.
