Morgan has extensive experience helping clients leverage the power of emerging technologies to build new markets and drive value. Having worked across both big tech and start ups, as well as leading clients across consumer goods and financial services industries, Morgan specialises in advising leaders on complex problems at the intersection of tech and adjacent spaces. He works closely with leaders at some of the world’s most iconic brands to develop differentiated product and marketing strategies, and helps clients navigate internal organisational dynamics to ensure those strategies land and drive impact at scale.
Morgan has rejoined ReD after spending three years leading research teams at Meta where he gained first-hand experience translating strategic recommendations into product launches in fast moving, complex organisations. Before Meta, he spent 10 years at ReD’s New York office where he was a partner leading ReD’s tech practice.
