Katy Osborn co-leads the firm's work on civic experience and engagement — applying anthropological methods to illuminate how Americans experience and navigate today's political landscape — as well as work aligning AI and tech roadmaps with human flourishing, and strategic work in the consumer goods and tech, luxury, and mobility industries. Prior to ReD, Katy worked as a reporter for TIME and the co-founder of a literary travel magazine called Off Assignment. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Yale University.
